Information for presenters of talks, posters and demos
Updating your abstracts
All authors are requested to update their abstract in line with the reviewers' recommendations, and resubmit to the conference Easychair site.
Complete the authors' details form
Please complete this short form (less than 1 minute) if you have not already done so, so that we can include your abstract in the final programme and consider a full version of your paper for inclusion in a Frontiers in Digital Health special issue.

- Please prepare your talks as either PDF or PowerPoint.
- You are requested to keep to time, and will be stopped by the chair if you go over time.
- Please limit the number of slides you present accordingly.
- We suggest 10 slides for a full paper, and 2 slides for a lightning talk.
Presentation upload
- All talks will be presented from a central computer.
- Speakers cannot use their own laptop.
- Presentations must be uploaded at the registration desk or by email to healtac2026@kcl.ac.uk by 5pm the day before the session in which you will talk.

Posters
- Format: A1 landscape or A1 portrait.
- Note that A0 posters will not fit the poster boards and will be excluded from poster sessions.
- Although we will have some Velcro dots for fixing posters to boards, we suggest you bring your own if you can, so that you can affix your poster without delay.
Demos
- All demo authors will be provided with a table plus a board for an A1 poster (landscape or portrait).
- Demonstrators must provide their own screens and computer equipment.
- The venue (Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront) is responsible for Wi-Fi and Internet connection, not the conference organisers.
- HealTAC 2026 cannot guarantee any particular level of Wi-Fi / Internet service.
- If an internet connection is important for your demo, we suggest you provide your own mobile-based connection.
